Depression, Grief, Mood Instability

Let's start with defining what the problem(s) are.  For some people, their mood is unstable, going from bouncing off the walls to "I can't get myself out of bed."  Others may simply be depressed because of loss or depressed without reason.

We start by assessing the nature of the problem to determine how to move forward.  We then explain treatment options and let you plan your own treatment.  Our goal isn't happiness, it is stabilizing your mood so that you can function.

Don't try to address this problem alone.  Get help from a professional therapist.  We will work together to put in place the resources you need to get well and to stay well.  This may mean a visit to your primary care doctor or to a psychiatrist.
